Louis WP Scan is a free, non profit service that performs an automated, surface level security check of publicly available information on a WordPress website and suggests possible improvements. It is provided for educational and protective purposes.

Using this service to probe, map or attack websites without authorisation is strictly forbidden and may be illegal in your country. You are solely responsible for making sure you have the right to scan any address you enter.

3. No guarantee

The service checks a limited set of common issues using public information only. It does not perform a complete security audit. A good score does not mean a website is safe, and the absence of a finding does not mean a weakness does not exist. We do not guarantee that the results are complete, accurate or free of error.

4. Your responsibility

Any action you take based on a scan result is your own decision and your own responsibility. Before making changes to a live website you should keep a full backup and, if you are unsure, ask a qualified professional. We are not responsible for any change you make to your site.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Louis WP Scan and the people behind it shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this service or the information it provides. The service is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Because this is a non profit project, the service may be slow, limited, or temporarily unavailable, and may change or stop at any time without notice. We do our best, but we cannot promise continuous availability.

The name Louis WP Scan, the content, and the design of this website are protected. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without permission.
